At Trish McEvoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
